To ensure optimal results and minimise downtime, it's crucial to follow specific aftercare instructions. For Botox, avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours, and refrain from strenuous exercise for the rest of the day. Keep your head elevated for a few hours post-treatment. We will provide a full breakdown during your consultation.

Is there any important information you want to make sure customers know straight away?
After filler treatments, you may experience some swelling or bruising. Applying a cold compress can help. Avoid alcohol, excessive sun exposure, and strenuous activities for at least 24-48 hours. Do not massage the treated area unless specifically instructed. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions tailored to your treatment.

What is Botox?
