Frequently asked questions

I believe in empowering my clients with knowledge. Below are answers to the questions I hear most often, designed to guide you through your journey with us.

What are the most common questions your customers ask about your business or services?

To ensure optimal results and minimise downtime, it's crucial to follow specific aftercare instructions. For Botox, avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours, and refrain from strenuous exercise for the rest of the day. Keep your head elevated for a few hours post-treatment. We will provide a full breakdown during your consultation.

Is there any important information you want to make sure customers know straight away?

After filler treatments, you may experience some swelling or bruising. Applying a cold compress can help. Avoid alcohol, excessive sun exposure, and strenuous activities for at least 24-48 hours. Do not massage the treated area unless specifically instructed. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions tailored to your treatment.

What is Botox?

Botox is a purified protein that temporarily relaxes targeted facial muscles. It helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, especially on the forehead, between the eyebrows, and around the eyes.

What are dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments used to restore volume, enhance facial contours, and smooth lines. They are commonly used for lips, cheeks, jawline, and nasolabial folds.

How long do Botox results last?

Botox results typically last between 3 to 4 months. With regular treatments, results may last longer over time.

How long do dermal fillers last?

This depends on the type of filler and the area treated, but most fillers last between 6 to 18 months.

Is the treatment painful?

Most clients experience minimal discomfort. We use fine needles, and numbing cream can be applied to make the procedure more comfortable.

How long does the procedure take?

Appointments usually take between 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the treatment area and your individual needs.
